Our S-TESL graduates are working in the United States in public schools, community colleges, community-based organizations, private language institutes, and businesses. Many of the people teaching in the US have combined their course work at the School of Teaching ESL with master's programs at Seattle University and/or with state teaching certificates.

Graduates currently overseas are teaching or have taught in Albania, Australia, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China, Columbia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Hungary, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Mongolia, Nicaragua, Palestine, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Slovakia, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, Venezuela, and Vietnam among other places.
